The 3CPV started out as the Leonard Tubemaster 3CP and 3CP-HD in the 1940s. It is the middle machine of PHI’s current end finsher lineup capable of single flaring (37 and 45 degrees), beading, and squaring and deburring.
Also known as the 3CPV-M, this precision production end forming machine handles tubing up to 3″ OD. The machine features pneumatic jaws for quick clamping and finishing of tube, with options available to increase capability and productivity, including: beading assembly for up to 3″ OD tube beading (manual or automatic), auto flaring/beading/squaring/deburring, tachometer, moveable base with casters, and worklight.
